Terms & Conditions

NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CANCELLATIONS.

Exchanges

Should you receive your order damaged, please inform us on the day of receipt with a photo of the item(s). We will review the returned items to make sure the items are unworn, undamaged, unused and with all the original tags attached. Once your item has approved for exchange or store credit which will take us 3-10 business days, you will receive an confirmation email. The damaged item(s) must be returned before the new item(s) will be shipped.

Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing; delivery time does not include weekends, or holidays. As soon as your order is ready for shipping an email confirmation will be provided with your order.

Other Conditions that apply:

  • Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
  • NO CHANGES can be made once an order has been placed.
  • WholeHer_WholeHim is not held liable for lost or stolen packages once an order has been shipped.
  • If you receive a store credit it will be available for 20 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
